Walnut Trees
While out on a family walk this afternoon enjoying the summer temps I started thinking about what kind of year the walnut trees will have.
We have quite a few walnut trees including two medium sized ones in our yard. Some years they produce walnuts and sometimes they don't (which I believe is common).
I lot of the trees in the area seem to follow the same schedule. So we'll see how it goes as we get deeper into spring and see which ones flower.
I'm always hoping for lots of walnuts. Keeps the yard a bit more exciting with wildlife throughout the year.
